Max Henson is the founder and lead inspector at Henson Home Inspection, serving the greater West Houston area including Katy, Cypress, Fulshear, Sugar Land, Missouri City, and Richmond. With over 30 years of hands-on construction and building experience, Max brings a level of technical depth that goes far beyond a standard walkthrough.

Before launching Henson Home Inspection, Max spent decades working in residential construction — framing, roofing, electrical rough-in, plumbing, and finishing work. That career gave him an intimate understanding of how homes are built, where shortcuts are taken, and exactly where problems hide. When he became a TREC-licensed inspector, he brought all of that field knowledge into every report he writes.

Max's mission is simple: give every client the same honest, thorough assessment he would want if he were buying the home himself. He believes that a home inspection should never be a rubber stamp — it should be a genuine forensic analysis that arms buyers, sellers, and builders with the facts they need to make confident decisions.
